Any paid services recommended following a consultation will be explained separately before purchase.
6. Scheduling and Appointment Confirmation
Classes, workshops, and appointments are subject to availability.
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment.
A reservation is confirmed when the Company provides confirmation through its scheduling system, email, text message, or other approved communication method.
We may reschedule or cancel appointments because of instructor illness, severe weather, facility issues, emergencies, low enrollment, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
When we cancel a paid service before it is provided, customers will be offered a reschedule or refund as described in our applicable cancellation policy.

Nothing in this section limits any refund rights provided by applicable law.
Our separate Refund, Cancellation & Chargeback Policy provides additional details.
9. CPR, First Aid, AED, and BLS Training
Our safety training programs may include courses using the standards and curricula of the American Red Cross, American Heart Association (AHA), or Health & Safety Institute (HSI), as applicable to the specific course offered.
Participants must meet all requirements of the relevant training program.

Completing required online coursework.
-
Attending required instructor-led sessions.
-
Participating in hands-on skills practice.

Successfully completing required assessments.

Payment, registration, or attendance alone does not guarantee certification.
Official course completion credentials are issued only when the participant meets all applicable requirements.
The relevant training organization determines certification standards, validity periods, and renewal requirements.
10. Blended Learning and Online Coursework
Some safety courses require participants to complete online coursework before attending an in-person skills session.
Participants are responsible for completing required assignments by the stated deadline.
Failure to complete required online coursework may result in rescheduling or delayed certification.
Third-party learning platforms are managed by their respective providers.
While we may assist with course enrollment information, technical issues involving third-party accounts, passwords, or online course systems may need to be resolved directly with the provider.
11. Community Awareness Workshops
Community awareness workshops are designed to help participants learn practical safety information and emergency preparedness concepts.
Unless specifically stated during registration, these workshops do not provide official certification.
Community education is not a substitute for medical treatment, professional emergency services, or individualized healthcare advice.
In an emergency, call 911 or the appropriate emergency service.

-
Application procedures.
-
Notary responsibilities and ethical conduct.
-

Completing a workshop does not automatically make someone a Notary Public.
Only the appropriate government authority can approve or issue a notary commission.
Participants are responsible for satisfying all current state requirements, submitting applications, and paying applicable government or third-party fees.
We do not guarantee that any participant will receive a commission.
Workshop instruction is educational and does not constitute legal advice.
13. Notary Services

Disruptive, threatening, abusive, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from a program, subject to applicable law and refund rights.
17. Late Arrival and Missed Classes
Participants should arrive on time for scheduled instruction.
Late arrival may prevent completion of required training components.
Where missing instruction would violate certification requirements, a participant may need to reschedule.
Refunds and rescheduling options are governed by the applicable cancellation policy and any legal requirements.
18. Physical Participation and Accommodations
Some safety training programs involve physical activities such as kneeling, performing chest compressions, standing, and practicing emergency response skills.
Participants should notify us of accommodation needs before class when possible.
We will consider reasonable accommodations consistent with applicable law and the essential requirements of the relevant training program.

We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text-message consent information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
22. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact us promptly regarding billing concerns so we can review and attempt to resolve the issue.
Customers retain their rights to dispute charges through their payment provider under applicable law and payment network rules.
When responding to a payment dispute, we may provide relevant records, including payment confirmations, registration information, attendance records, and service documentation.
Nothing in these Terms waives a customer's lawful chargeback or consumer protection rights.
