Refunds will be granted for cancellations made at least fourteen (14) days
prior to the scheduled class date.

Transfer Requests:
• Transfer requests made seven (7) to thirteen (13) days prior to the class
  date may be subject to a transfer fee.
• Transfer requests made four (4) to six (6) days prior to the class date may
  require payment of a portion of the registration fee.
• No refunds or transfers will be granted three (3) days or less prior to the
  class start date.

Only one (1) transfer is permitted per participant. Once a transfer has been
completed, no refunds will be issued.

Blended Learning Classes:
Blended learning courses require completion of the online portion prior to the
in-person session. Participants who fail to complete the online training or
provide proof of completion will not be admitted and must register with full
payment for another class.

Minimum Enrollment:
A minimum number of participants is required to conduct a class. If minimum
enrollment is not met, the class may be cancelled and participants may be
offered the option to transfer to another available date.

Late Arrival Policy:
Participants arriving late may not be admitted to class and will be required
to register with full payment for another class.

Weather-Related Cancellations:
In the event of severe weather, class cancellations may follow local school
district or government office closures. If a class is held and a participant
does not attend, the registration will be forfeited.

NOTARY SERVICES

Notarial acts are non-refundable once performed. Travel, convenience, or mobile
service fees are non-refundable once an appointment has been confirmed or a
notary has been dispatched.

If a notary appointment is cancelled prior to dispatch, a refund of the
notarial fee may be considered. State-regulated notary fees are non-refundable
once the notarization has occurred.

FINGERPRINTING SERVICES

Fingerprinting services are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.
Moore Compliance and Community Services LLC does not guarantee acceptance of
fingerprints by third-party agencies, employers, or licensing authorities, as
requirements vary.

If a fingerprinting appointment is cancelled prior to service, refunds or
rescheduling may be considered at the discretion of Moore Compliance and
Community Services LLC.

DNA SAMPLE COLLECTION

DNA sample collection fees are non-refundable once samples have been collected.
Laboratory testing, processing, and results are handled by third-party
laboratories and are subject to the laboratory’s policies.

Moore Compliance and Community Services LLC does not provide laboratory analysis
and is not responsible for delays, outcomes, or results issued by the testing
laboratory.

CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment or cancellation without
reasonable notice may result in forfeiture of fees paid. Mobile service fees
are non-refundable once travel has commenced.

All services must be booked in advance. Walk-in registrations are not
accepted unless otherwise stated. By booking services with Moore Compliance
and Community Services LLC, clients acknowledge and agree to this Refund &

CPR Training

• Refunds or reschedules may be offered if cancellation occurs prior to class start.

• No refunds for missed or incomplete classes.

If a service cannot be completed due to our error, we may offer a refund or reschedule.
