  • Notary services are performed by a commissioned Illinois Notary Public

  • CPR and First Aid training is provided through authorized curriculum

  • DNA sample collection and fingerprinting services are limited to collection and submission only

Results, certifications, and determinations are issued solely by third-party agencies or laboratories.

No Professional Relationship

Use of this website, submission of forms, or booking of services does not create a legal, medical, financial, or professional advisory relationship.

Refund & Transfer Policy

All services provided by Moore Compliance & Community Services LLC, including programs under She Fought For Them Foundation, are appointment-based. By booking a service, you agree to the following refund and transfer terms.

💰 General Policy

  • Payments are due at or before the time of service unless otherwise stated

  • Refunds are issued at the discretion of Moore Compliance & Community Services LLC

  • Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of fees

❤️ CPR & TRAINING CLASSES

Refunds

  • Refunds will be granted for cancellations made at least fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled class date

Transfer Requests

  • 7–13 days prior: May be subject to a transfer fee

  • 4–6 days prior: May require partial repayment

  • 3 days or less: No refunds or transfers permitted

  • Only one (1) transfer is allowed per participant

  • After a transfer is completed, no refunds will be issued

Blended Learning Classes

  • Online portion must be completed before in-person session

  • Failure to complete required coursework = no admission + no refund

  • Participant must re-register with full payment

Late Arrival Policy

  • Late arrivals may be denied entry

  • Re-registration with full payment may be required

Minimum Enrollment

  • Classes may be canceled if minimum enrollment is not met

  • Participants may transfer to another date

Weather-Related Cancellations

  • May follow local school or government closures

  • If class proceeds and participant does not attend, registration is forfeited

📄 NOTARY SERVICES

  • Notarial acts are non-refundable once performed

  • Travel/mobile fees are non-refundable once a notary is dispatched

  • If canceled prior to dispatch, refund of notarial fee may be considered

  • State-regulated notary fees are non-refundable after completion

🖐️ FINGERPRINTING SERVICES

  • Services are non-refundable once completed

  • Acceptance by third-party agencies is not guaranteed

  • If canceled prior to service, refund or reschedule may be considered

🧬 DNA SAMPLE COLLECTION

  • Fees are non-refundable once samples are collected

  • Testing and results are handled by third-party laboratories

  • We are not responsible for delays, outcomes, or results

🚫 CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in loss of payment

  • Mobile service fees are non-refundable once travel has begun

  • DNA collection

💛 EXCEPTIONS

If a service cannot be completed due to an error on our part, a refund or reschedule may be offered.

You acknowledge that DNA collection services are non-diagnostic and are provided for identification or authorized purposes only.
We do not analyze, interpret, or provide test results.

4. Notary Services

You understand that notary services verify identity and witness signatures only and do not validate the legality, accuracy, or content of any document.

5. Fingerprinting Services

You acknowledge that fingerprinting services do not guarantee acceptance by any agency, employer, or licensing authority.

6. Limitation of Liability

You agree to release and hold harmless Moore Compliance & Community Services LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability, claims, or damages arising from the use of services, except where prohibited by law.

7. Agreement

By proceeding with booking or receiving services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver.
