  • DNA sample collection (non-diagnostic)

  • Fingerprinting services

  • CPR instruction and training

All services are appointment-only unless otherwise stated.

 

2. Eligibility

 

You must be at least 18 years old to request services. By using our services, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

 

3. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling should be made as early as possible.

  • Failure to appear for an appointment may result in forfeiture of fees or deposits.

 

4. Payments

  • Payment is required prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods will be disclosed at the time of booking.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

 

5. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued at our discretion depending on the service type and circumstances.

  • Notary, fingerprinting, and DNA collection fees are generally non-refundable once services have been performed.

  • If a service cannot be completed due to an error on our part, a refund or reschedule may be offered.

  • CPR training refunds are subject to class attendance and completion policies.

6. DNA & Fingerprinting Disclaimer

  • DNA collection services are non-medical and non-diagnostic.

  • Samples are collected strictly for identification or legal purposes as requested by the client or authorized agency.

  • We do not interpret, analyze, or provide results.

  • Fingerprinting services do not guarantee acceptance by any third-party agency.

 

7. Notary Disclaimer

  • We do not provide legal advice.

  • Notarization does not validate the legality or accuracy of documents.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring documents are complete prior to notarization.

 

8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability
