Moore Compliance & Community Services LLC provides professional services including, but not limited to:

  • Mobile and electronic notary services

  • DNA sample collection (non-diagnostic)

  • Fingerprinting services

  • CPR instruction and training

All services are provided by appointment unless otherwise stated.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to request services. By using our services, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance

  • Cancellations or rescheduling should be made as early as possible

  • Failure to appear may result in forfeiture of fees or deposits

4. Payments

  • Payment is required prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • Accepted payment methods will be disclosed at the time of booking

  • Prices are subject to change without notice

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds may be issued at our discretion depending on the service type and circumstances

  • Notary, fingerprinting, and DNA collection fees are generally non-refundable once services have been performed

  • If a service cannot be completed due to an error on our part, a refund or reschedule may be offered

  • CPR training refunds are subject to attendance and completion policies

6. DNA  Disclaimer

  • DNA collection services are non-medical and non-diagnostic

  • Samples are collected for identification or legal purposes only

  • We do not interpret, analyze, or provide results

7. Notary Disclaimer

  • We do not provide legal advice

  • Notarization does not validate the legality or accuracy of documents

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring documents are complete prior to notarization

8. Donations & Foundation Services

She Fought For Them Foundation operates as a program of Moore Compliance & Community Services LLC.

  • Donations are voluntary and support community and family-focused initiatives

  • Donations are generally non-refundable

  • Support services provided through the foundation are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, or counseling services

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Moore Compliance & Community Services LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Illinois law, Moore Compliance & Community Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

11. She Fought for Them Foundation provides mentorship, support, and resource connections. We are not a licensed counseling, medical, or legal service provider

You understand that Moore Compliance & Community Services LLC does not provide legal, medical, or financial advice.

 

3. DNA Services

You acknowledge that DNA collection services are non-diagnostic and are provided for identification or authorized purposes only.
We do not analyze, interpret, or provide test results.

 

4. Notary Services

You understand that notary services verify identity and witness signatures only and do not validate the legality, accuracy, or content of any document.

5. Limitation of Liability

You agree to release and hold harmless Moore Compliance & Community Services LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability, claims, or damages arising from the use of services, except where prohibited by law.

 

6. Agreement

By proceeding with booking or receiving services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver.
